Refund policy
We have 30 days return policy. That means If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Remember that you must contact us first for returning the product for eligible for the return.
We accept the return under the following conditions:
- You received wrong products
- Your order contains damaged products
- Part of your order is missing from the package
- You must contact us first for returning the product.
- It’s not pass 30 days.
- Products must be new and resell condition.
Return Procedure
If you need to return a product, you can contact us at support@revenuenslave.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label (you need to download it) and instructions on how to return the package by mail. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
There is no Restocking Fee.
Refund
Refund will made to your original payment method.
If you want to receive refund to another payment method, please contact with us so that we can refund that payment method. We don’t pay any extra fees other payment method, so any extra fees will deduct to the refund.
Once we receive your order and check it's in original condition, a refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
Exchange
We offer exchange. But if any exchange products not available in stock the customer need to wait for re-stocking or customer can request for refund. If exchange products are available, customer must return the original item to us first. Once we received it, we will send you the exchange product. In this case, customer has to pay for return shipping cost.
Damage/Defective
Before shipping out, we check every product very carefully but sometime this thing happened by carrier. If you receive damage or defective products, try to reject or contact us within 5 days of the damage of defective items. We immediately take action. We will pay for return shipping cost
Cancellation
For cancellation any product, please contact with us within 24 hours. So that we immediately take action.
Custom Duties
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer's refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
