Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind, incorrect-size, fit or preference-related returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If Revenuenslave sent an incorrect product, or the product arrived damaged or defective, Revenuenslave will cover the approved return shipping cost or provide an appropriate alternative return solution.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate replacement, return or refund instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For size, fit or preference exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an exchange is required because Revenuenslave sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will cover the approved return shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
